The premium credit applies to groups written with a 12/1/2020 affective date. The credit only applies to groups that are not currently insured with Humana and is for their level funded product only.

For groups of 10 or more employees there is no medical underwriting for virgin groups and groups coming off fully insured group health plans.

For groups of 5-9 employees there is simplified underwriting. The medical application only goes back two years and there are only three medical questions.
